We want everyone to be able to browse, choose flowers, and place an order. This page explains our accessibility goal and how to get help if something does not work for you.
Our commitment
Flower Town aims to make its website usable for people with different abilities, devices, and ways of navigating. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as a goal for ongoing improvements.
We are working on clear page structure, meaningful link and button names, readable text, keyboard access, visible focus, and helpful form instructions and errors.
Current status
The website has not completed a formal accessibility evaluation, so we do not claim full WCAG conformance. Some parts of the site may still present barriers. We welcome reports so we can prioritize fixes.

If you cannot use a page, complete checkout, access your account, or understand an image or control, email [email protected]. We can help you with an order through that address as well.
Please tell us the page or task, what happened, and the device, browser, or assistive technology you used if you are comfortable sharing it. You do not need to disclose a disability to request help. We will review your message and respond as soon as practical.

We review feedback and update the site as issues are found. This statement will be updated when we complete a more formal review or make substantial accessibility changes.
