Flower Town Botanical Atelier operates this website for customers ordering flowers and related items in Lebanon. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
These terms do not remove any rights you have under applicable consumer law. If a provision conflicts with a mandatory legal right, that right applies.
Products and availability
Flowers are seasonal and each arrangement is prepared by hand. Product photos show the style and general composition; natural color, size, and individual stems can vary. We aim to present products and prices accurately, but availability can change.
If an ordered item or selected option is unavailable, we will contact you about an appropriate alternative or cancellation before making a material change. We will not silently replace an arrangement with a materially different one.
Orders and payment
The website shows the item subtotal, delivery fee, and total before you place your order. Prices and the checkout currency are shown on the site. Promotional prices and free-delivery thresholds apply only when displayed and eligible at checkout. The final delivery fee is calculated from your selected delivery region and zone.
Submitting an order sends a request to the atelier. We will contact you to confirm fulfillment and delivery. Keep your contact details accurate so we can reach you. Payment is currently cash on delivery; this website does not take online card payments.
We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, delivery cannot be arranged, or the order information cannot be verified. We will contact you where practical.
Delivery
Enter the full address, city or area, phone number, and delivery region at checkout. Available regions, zones, and their fees appear in checkout. A requested delivery date is a preference and is subject to confirmation, availability, weather, traffic, and local conditions.
If we cannot reach the recipient or access the delivery address, we may need to arrange another time or location with you. Contact us promptly if any delivery information changes.
Changes, cancellations, and quality concerns
To change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible and include the order number. Because flowers are prepared for a specific delivery, what we can change depends on the order’s status. We will explain the options available and respect applicable consumer rights.
If an arrangement arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what was agreed, contact us promptly with the order number and, if possible, a photo. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate remedy under applicable law. Nothing here limits remedies that the law requires.
Accounts and site use
You can order without an account. An account lets you save delivery details, preferences, and private calendar dates. Keep your sign-in email secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. Use the site lawfully; do not interfere with its operation or submit abusive, unlawful, or misleading content in gift messages or forms.
Website text, design, and imagery belong to Flower Town or their respective owners. You may use the site for personal shopping and may not republish its content commercially without permission.
